1. Eligibility for Returns

Customers have the right to return products within 14 days from the date of receiving the order, provided that:

The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition
The item is returned with original packaging, tags, and accessories
A valid proof of purchase is provided

Personal care or hygiene products (if opened)
Customized or made-to-order items
Digital products or downloadable content
Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact Lya Veil Store within 14 days of delivery and provide:

Order number
Reason for return
Photos (if the item is defective or damaged)

Once your request is approved, return instructions will be shared with you.

3. Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, Lya Veil Store will cover the return shipping cost.
If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

4. Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed

Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
